Idk I went there once on the weekend about a year ago and it was super busy, which is fine it's kind of a small place, Igot a hair in my food and was too disgusted to order anything else, maybe it's better during the week but that was nasty af

Went on a quest for French Toast around 1:30 PM yesterday. When I came in I was greeted promptly by a friendly host. I sat down interview the menu and discovered that there were only lunch options. I did want to ask when breakfast was available and for lunch.suggestions but the waitress did not have enough time to chat as she popped by my table to let me know that she would be a bit. I said okay thinking it'd be a few runs grabbing things for other tables; however the amount of time that it took for her to come back was too long for me and I decided to visit Sage Diner instead. The reviews on this place seemed great, but the first impression I got killed my interest. I'll update my review if I do decide to head back one day.

Angel's food is always great. We usually go for breakfast. Service was great, too. We love Angel's!

The food was really good. I almost passed it because I didn't notice it next to Rita's. I had a juicy burger with bacon. The prices were reasonable and the waitress was very nice.

Friendly service, good food and reasonable prices attract a crowd. This small, homey place was full with an occasional line, so you know it's good. My BF got the chipped beef, which was seasoned appropriately and not too salty, as we've found in other places. I love that they have Scrapple and cheese omletes and you can substitute grits for the home fries. We can't wait to go back and try the lunch/dinner menu.

It's a simple place offering simply good food. We had the two broiled chicken breast with wine sauce and the broiled pork shop. The four sides:asparagus, chicken soup and rice pilaf. The pork chop was well cooked with no fat. The chicken was well cooked but little seasoning. The wine sauce makes up for it(be sure to order it on the side because too much can take away any taste of chicken.) There is white wine in the sauce. Perhaps a bit too much but mixed with the chicken was okay.The rice pilaf was a bit over seasoned, but well presented.Desert was okay. The bread pudding had too much cinamon and the Boston cream cake was dryThe restaurant is popular and fills up early, but they managed to have a table when we arrived.The service was really good.

So....the food is usually pretty great, as well as the wait staff. The Sunday breakfast we had recently was very good until our waitress knocked over and spilled an entire glass of chocolate milk on our 8yr old's lap. Which is fine and forgiveable and everything......as long as we don't pay the whole bill. However, no discount for our troubles...kinda rude, definitely not great service.....🤷🏻‍♂️

Not the warmest of greeting but luckily the food made up for any shortcomings there. Just grabbed a soup and sandwich and both were very tasty.

My mom’s friend suggested Angels, and I am glad she did. All the staff were friendly,’courteous, and provided excellent service. The food was delicious and served hot. My mom ate her entire sandwich, and she usually does not eat all her food! Great experience and I will definitely go again!

Best breakfast in Northern Delaware. Small place and easy to miss but the service is always top notch. Same portions every time and consistently excellent food. Family run and same servers every day, this is why they are so good. I take all my friends and family here. Highly recommend.

I have been regulars for a long time. Solidly Good food and reasonable prices. Most everything is great. Staff is wonderful. Seafood selection is unusual for a diner and, as I mentioned, all quite good. Excellent Excellent Excellent I Love it.

AWESOME BREAKFAST !!!! We just started coming here a few months ago and are happy every time. Food and portions are always the same. We are never disappointed. Staff is always friendly and quick with service. The sausage gravy is amazing. If you like onions add them to your home-fries.

Got the $26 dollar broiled seafood platter. 4 scallops, a crab cake with all filler, a and a crab cake by with all filler, shrimp with all filler, a salad with zero salad, and a small portion of flounder. You should be ashamed! Don't go there.

Great food for a great price! I ate with 2 others and the check came out to $23. I love the omelettes.

This spot is the one I always prefer. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The crew is very affectionate and the food they offer is so flavorful. I never decline to have a decent dinner in this place. I highly recommend this place.

Angel's is a local restaurant kind of off the beaten path. but not too far off that is favored by the locals for its top quality diner-style food.If you like traditional fare for breakfast, or for the other meals for that matter, you'll get it here quickly and with top quality.

Food was good and it had that family feel. That was my first time eating there and I would definitely go again.

Please please do not ruin a good thing. This is your basic breakfast dinner. Great food at a fair price with a amazing wait staff. It gets crowded at peak times. I hesitate to write a stellar review for fear that I will not be able to get a seat next time I visit.
